Do you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?

No — and be careful with anyone who does. Google decides rankings, and no honest service can guarantee them. What we guarantee is the work itself: a complete, accurate, active profile, regular posts, watched reviews, and a monthly report proving it was done.

Do I have to share my Google password?

Never. You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You remain the owner, we only get the access needed to do the work, and you can remove us in one click at any time.

How fast is the Profile Fix?

Five business days after you grant Manager access and we've received the basics about your business. If something needs Google's own verification, we'll tell you right away — that part runs on Google's timeline, not ours.

Can I cancel Profile Care anytime?

Who approves replies to reviews?
